As part of a major investment project and due to the increasing demand for our clients great products, we have an exciting opportunity arise and would like to hear from dynamic individuals who have experience of maintaining and improving process equipment, whilst identifying and managing improvement initiatives, particularly in dry and liquid handling systems.
They’re looking for a highly capable multi-skilled maintenance engineer (also known as Technical Co-ordinator on site) with a strong manufacturing background for this challenging new role. Within this role you will be required to provide full Technical Engineering support to the production function as part of the production team. You will take responsibility for continuous improvement initiatives, be able to use lean manufacturing and engineering techniques to identify improvements and be tasked with both proactive maintenance and reactive breakdowns, whilst maintaining quality and safety standards. The successful candidate will possess a City & Guilds part 3, B-Tec ONC, or HNC in Mechanical/Electrical engineering disciplines.
A proven track record as a multi-skilled engineer with experience in proactive project management gained within an FMCG manufacturing environment is essential for success in this exciting opportunity.
