Our Database
Our database of candidates is possibly the most extensive, comprehensive and up-to-date of its kind in the UK containing over 20,000 live contacts. In addition we have access to many many more through internet CV databases, advertising on the internet job sites, as well as traditional media methods.
How we do it
We use ‘Voyager’, the most modern recruitment software. We hold the CVs and requirements of all candidates registered with us on our computer system, allowing us to analyse our database thoroughly and swiftly. We can search for candidates under numerous criteria, including preferred work locations, qualifications, salary level, skills, discipline and experience. CVs can be submitted on request in the most convenient format to you: by post, fax or e-mail.

Our regular service to clients for ‘Contingency’ recruitment is a database search. Using this service a company may order or enquire in to the availability of a particular type of person.

After taking an in-depth job description and person specification from you, we carry out an interrogation of our extensive database using many criteria (from preferred work location, qualifications, salary level, skills, discipline and experience). We can submit a shortlist of suitable candidates to you, whom we have contacted, that have agreed on their suitability and have given us permission to submit their CV. We are able to search and submit to you not only the most local candidates from your area but the most suitable candidates from across the UK.
We advertise regularly in regional and national newspapers, specialist trade magazines, internet recruitment sites including: Jobtrack, Jobsin, Go Jobsite, and, by no means least, our own website, where candidates can access jobs updated daily.
In addition to searching our database, we can search the databases of various internet on-line cv dataanks we subscribe to including: Jobtrack and Go Jobsite.

This service is similar to the database search in one aspect, but we try to take the ‘chance’ element out of recruitment. We understand that if you have a vacancy in your department that it needs filling. An agency coming back to you with the response that there are no suitable candidates, even if you have not been charged, still does not fulfil your staffing requirement. By retaining our company to satisfy your vacancy you will liase with an account manager who handles your vacancy from start to finish, the completion being a successful placement of a candidate.

Often good candidates don’t respond to advertisements because they don’t recognise the company name, or they do and don’t like the company, or the ad just doesn’t appeal to them. We can help - as well as designing the ad to attract more applicants - by using our details, we can capture those candidates that would not normally apply - and those that would. Whether a large company or organisation with a number of HR staff or a smaller concern with no HR department, we can take away the time-consuming job of handling the response to your recruitment advert. Depending on the position(s), and the media being used you may receive many calls from applicants enquiring or applying for your position(s). Though welcomed it may block an already busy switchboard or reception with calls or stop a hectic HR department from carrying out their other duties.
