Each of our consultants look after a particular industry sector, so every member of staff at NCR has wealth of experience to help you through the interview and selection process. Obviously, because we value our candidates we are happy to provide you with direct email addresses, because it is not always possible for you to ring us during the day.

Interview Advice and Preparation

Our consultants are professional – and it shows! Prior to every interview arranged through NCR we provide you with a comprehensive interview preparation pack including

• Interview Time & Date Confirmation
• Explanation of Interview Format
• Copy of job specification
• Map/Directions to location (or link to google/map)
• Interview Preparation Advice – ie competency based questioning, list of practice interview questions
• Advice on Assesment Centres / Completing OPQ / Numerical / General Testing (and link to website to practice) , if appropriate
• Detailed Advice on providing proof of eligibility to work in the UK

Interview Feedback

We insist that our candidates are treated with courtesy and respect – and always give you the results of your interview in writing as well as verbally. We think it’s the least you deserve.

We communicate your feedback to a client really quickly after an interview and work really hard with all our clients to make sure you get the results of your interview as quickly as possible.
